The
Ladies Auxiliary group is formed by AAMSC spouse members, or anyone else that qualifies to become a member according to the By-laws. The purpose of this group is to assist AAMSC for advancement of medicine and public health, to promote projects of health education and charitable activities that improve the health and quality of life for all people, and assist in any work that shall be approved by AAMSC.

Glendale Healthy Women
With a genuine concern for women in need to access medical care in our community, Armenian American Medical Society of CA’s Ladies Auxiliary Embarked on a new project “Glendale Healthy Women” The primary goal of this project is to help women in our community stay healthy by promoting and raising awareness about the importance of preventative care and screening exams, we will collaborate with healthcare professionals and community hospitals to reach out, educate and increase emphasis on preventative care in our community. This project will also provide access and resources for screening mammograms to low-income underinsured women in our community. Ladies Auxiliary will organize health education seminars to help educate women the importance of preventative care and early detection of breast cancer.
